Whistleblowing

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/ 2023 (“Whistleblowing Decree”) Italbras S.p.A. has adopted a procedure available to employees for the reporting of violations they have become aware of in the work context. The procedure provides all the information necessary to properly transmit the report with particular regard to the following aspects:

• reporting persons;
• subject, contents and how to make the report;
• report management process;
• persons involved in report management.
